Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. frozen/shredded hash browns (thawed for 30 minutes)
    1 cup diced onions
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    16 oz. sour cream
    1/2 cup melted butter
    8 oz. sharp cheese (grated)
    Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients in large bowl.
    Place in buttered or lightly sprayed 9 x 13 baking dish.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
