Palmer'S Company Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic powder (depending on taste)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 green onions
    8 oz. egg noodles
Preparation
    Melt 2 tablespoons butter and brown ground beef.
    Add garlic powder, salt, pepper and tomato sauce; mix and simmer 30 minutes. Mix sour cream, cottage cheese and cream cheese in bowl, blending well.
    Add green onions and mix again.
    Cook the noodles in salted water until al dente (firm); drain and mix with 2 tablespoons butter.
