Israelite Tomato Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. tomato juice
    1/4 c. tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. butter
    7 c. all-purpose flour
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vegi salt
Preparation
    Heat tomato juice, sauce and butter to 120\u00b0.
    Assemble doughmaker.
    In large mixer bowl, combine 3 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt and warmed tomato mixture.
    Mix with doughmaker at setting #12 for 3 minutes.
    Gradually add enough remaining flour to form a stiff dough.
    Knead with doughmaker until smooth and satiny, about 4 minutes.
    Place dough in greased bowl, turning once to grease top.
    Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
