Creamy Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced or 1 (26 oz.) bag frozen sliced carrots, thawed
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    In a saucepan, cook carrots just until tender; drain.
    Save 1/4 cup liquid.
    Place carrots in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Combine mayonnaise, onion, horseradish and liquid.
    Spread evenly over carrots.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 8.
