Tex-Mex Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Carroll Shelby's original TX brand chili mix
    2 lbs. ground beef
    2-1/3 c. water
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    12 6 inch flour tortillas
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Prepare chili as directed; place two Tbsp. chili mixture on each tortilla; roll tightly.
    Place seam down in 12x8 inch dish. Top with remaining chili.
    Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
    Top with cheese and continue baking uncovered until cheese is melted.
