Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. oil (Wesson or Crisco)
    3/4 c. orange juice
    4 medium size apples, cut in small chunks or pieces
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    5 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl; add 2 cups of sugar.
    Sift together the flour and baking powder; add to egg-sugar mixture. Warm oil in small pan.
    Add orange juice to warm oil.
    Add to cake batter in bowl; batter will now become bubbly looking and look like a cake batter should.
    In separate bowl, cut up apples. Combine apples with cinnamon and 5 tablespoons of sugar. Alternate cake batter and apples in angel food pan; do not use too much batter on any layer.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
