Roll Recipe - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. active dry yeast
2 c. dry milk
1/4 c. salt
9 c. water
7 qt. flour
2 c. sugar
2 c. shortening
Preparation
-
Mix all together and knead.
Cover and let rise.
Punch down and let rise again.
Form into balls and let rise.
Bake until browned.
Recipe makes 100 rolls.
