Strawberry Ice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/6 c. orange juice
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 qt. strawberries
    1 1/6 c. sugar
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients until smooth.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover and freeze.
    Stir every hour or so.
    Will be slushy-solid in 4 hours.
    Good as a slushy drink (less than 4 hours) or as a sherbet (more than 4 hours).
