Chicken Breasts Diane(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large boneless chicken breasts, skin removed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. chopped green onions
    juice of 1/2 lime or lemon
    2 Tbsp. brandy (optional)
    3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Place chicken between sheets of waxed paper and pound slightly. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    In a microwave-safe dish, melt butter and mix in oil.
    Place chicken breasts in dish, coating breasts on both sides.
    Microwave on High power for 3 minutes.
    Let rest for 1 minute.
    Turn breasts over.
    Microwave again on High power for 3 minutes until chicken breasts are done, not overcooked.
    Set aside.
