Rob'S Favorite Leftover - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    leftover ham
    1 c. milk
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Melt butter in a pan.
    Put milk in a shaker; add flour and shake well.
    Over medium heat, stir in flour mixture, stirring constantly.
    Add ham; stir together.
    To this mixture you can add leftover peas, carrots or broccoli.
    Serve over toast.
