Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
    2 lb. Velveeta, cubed
    2 cans Ro-Tel
    1 (17 oz.) can Niblets corn, drained (optional)
    1 (17 oz.) can sweet peas, drained (optional)
    Doritos
Preparation
    Combine all
    the
    ingredients in a long casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted, approximately 20 minutes.
