Chicken Wings Pacifica - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken wings
1 c. soy sauce
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. water
Preparation

Disjoint wings, discarding tips.
Arrange in shallow baking pan.
Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, butter, mustard and water; heat until sugar and butter dissolve.
Cool and pour over wings. Marinate in refrigerator 2 hours turning occasionally.
Pour off half of marinade and save for use another time.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, turning once.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve hot or cold.
