Shoepeg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 can Shoepeg corn, drained
1 can French green beans, drained
1 c. cream of celery soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
1 stick oleo
1 stack Ritz crackers
Preparation

Mix first 8 ingredients; add salt and pepper.
Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Melt oleo and mix with crushed Ritz crackers. Spread on top of vegetable mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
