Country Scrambled Eggs(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. ground pork sausage
    6 eggs
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. chopped chives
    1/4 c. chopped mushrooms
    dash of basil
Preparation
    Place
    sausage in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
    Microwave on High
    for
    2
    to
    3
    minutes or until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
    Stir in eggs, sour cream, chives, mushrooms and basil. Microwave on High for 4 to 5 minutes or until eggs are set
    but moist.
    Stir every minute.
    Total cooking time is 6 to 8 minutes. Yield:
    4 servings.
