Vanilla Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. low-fat milk
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 pkg. (4 oz.) vanilla pie filling (not instant)
    1 c. instant rice
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Gradually mix milk and egg into pudding mix in saucepan.
    Add rice and raisins.
    Stir over medium heat until mixture comes to boil.
    Cool 5 minutes, stirring 2 times.
