7-Up Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes lemon Jell-O
    2 c. boiling water
    2 c. 7-Up
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
    2 large bananas
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. Cool Whip
    1 can coconut
    1 c. pecan pieces
Preparation
    Mix Jell-O with boiling water.
    Add 7-Up, pineapple and bananas (sliced).
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch container and chill until firm.
    Cook pineapple juice (add water to make 1 cup), sugar, flour, egg (slightly beaten) and butter.
    Cool.
    Fold in Cool Whip and coconut. Spread over Jell-O and sprinkle with pecans.
