Peaches And Cream Cheesecake - cooking recipe

1 large can sliced peaches
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 small pkg. vanilla pudding
3 Tbsp. soft butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. peach juice
Preparation

Drain the peaches, reserve juice and set aside.
Mix together the flour, baking powder, vanilla pudding (not instant), salt, soft butter, egg and milk.
Grease (9-inch) pie pan.
Place peaches over butter.
Mix together the cream cheese, sugar and peach juice. Place over peaches; sprinkle cinnamon sugar over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
