Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large deboned chicken breasts
4 thin slices ham
4 thin slices Swiss cheese
1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Pound chicken to 1/4-inch thick.
Place ham and cheese on breasts.
Mix flour, salt and pepper; coat chicken.
Next, dip in egg and then roll in bread crumbs.
Cook until light brown in skillet over medium heat for 10 minutes in oil.
Add water.
Cover and simmer 5 to 10 minutes more.
Top with Cheese Sauce (recipe follows).
