Jelly Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    jelly
Preparation
    Beat eggs until lemon colored; add sugar gradually.
    Sift all the dry ingredients together.
    Add all ingredients together and beat with mixer on low until it is well mixed, about 2 minutes, no more.
    Cook cake about 10 to 15 minutes, until lightly brown. Sprinkle dish towel with confectioners sugar.
    Lay cake on towel and begin to roll.
    Let stand 3 minutes, then unroll.
    Spread with any soft jelly (leave jelly out overnight), then roll up and wrap in towel until cool.
