French Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 strips bacon
    3 eggs
    dash of salt
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
    dash of white pepper
    unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Fry bacon until crispy and drain on paper towel. Crumble bacon into pie shell in a 9-inch pie pan. Top with grated cheese. Combine milk, eggs, salt, white pepper and cayenne in blender.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake for 30 minutes. This can be prepared and frozen (wrapped in aluminum foil) before baking. Serves 6 to 8.
