Roma Meat Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 egg
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce with cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. shredded pizza cheese
Preparation
    Combine hamburg, crushed crumbs, onion, 1/3 cup tomato sauce with cheese, salt, oregano and pepper.
    Mix well and shape into a rectangle about 10 x 12 inches on waxed paper.
    Sprinkle pizza cheese evenly over mixture.
    Roll up like a jelly ball and press ends of roll to seal.
    Place in shallow baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Do not cover.
