Sweet Potatoes In Sherry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can sweet potatoes, drained
    salt
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. light raisins
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
    1/2 tsp. shredded orange peel
Preparation
    Arrange potatoes in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle lightly with salt. In a saucepan, mix brown sugar, cornstarch and salt.
    Blend in orange juice. Add raisins. Cook and stir over high heat until mixture comes to a boil.
    Mix in sherry, walnuts and orange peel.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are well drained.
