Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, washed, dried and broken
    1 or 2 onions (red are nice), sliced thin
    1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
    1 head cauliflower, thinly sliced
    1 box green peas, cooked and drained
    4 oz. Parmesan cheese (fresh or packaged), grated
Preparation
    Layer all ingredients.
    Do not stir or toss.
    Cover tightly overnight.
    Before serving, toss with a bottle of creamy Italian salad dressing.
