Fried Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. ice water
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 lb. shrimp
Preparation
    Mix together flour, salt and sugar.
    Add ice water, egg and oil (you may have to use more or less water to get the right thickness).
    Beat smooth.
    Dip peeled shrimp into batter.
    Fry in deep, hot fat until golden brown.
