Smoked Salmon Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. canned salmon, drained, flaked and boned
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 Tbsp. each: prepared horseradish and liquid smoke
Preparation
    Beat salmon with softened cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, liquid smoke and salt until well blended. Refrigerate mixture until firm enough to shape into ball.
    Roll in chopped pecans.
    Wrap and refrigerate again until serving time. Serve with crackers.
