Peppermint Microwave Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 pkg. red and white hard peppermints
1 lb. white chocolate
2 drops red food coloring (optional)
Preparation

Crush mints in blender until fine.
Melt white chocolate in microwave on 70% power for 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir to finish melting.
Add mints and food coloring.
Stir.
Pour onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
Spread as thinly as desired.
Cool completely and break into pieces.
Store in airtight containers.
