Sweet And Sour Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, sliced and cooked or 2 (16 oz.) canned carrots
    1 green pepper
    1 medium onion
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. salad oil
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Peel and slice carrots; cook until tender.
    Drain.
    Rinse with cold water; drain well.
    Add green pepper and onion.
    Mix together tomato soup, sugar, salad oil, vinegar, pepper, salt and mustard. Pour over vegetables and cover and set overnight.
    Stir before serving.
