Stir-Fry Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 small onion, chopped
    4 c. mixed, chopped vegetables (carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, green peppers)
    2 c. cooked chicken, beef or shrimp, chopped or cubed
Preparation
    Heat oil in wok or skillet; add onion.
    Saute until limp.
    Add vegetables; cook until limp or to desired doneness.
    Add meat. Stir until heated (3 to 4 minutes).
    Remove from heat.
    Let stand 4 or 5 minutes to heat and blend flavors.
