Black Walnut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. Pet milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. black walnut extract
    1 c. black walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Cream Crisco and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
    Sift plain flour and baking powder together.
    Stir in flour and milk a little at a time, beating well after each. Add flavoring and nuts.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
