Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. oil
3 1/2 c. flour
1 can tomato paste
1 can water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. leaf oregano
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. anise
slightly browned hamburger and/or sausage
Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Stir in sugar, salt, oil and 2 cups flour.
Mix well.
Add 1 1/2 cups more flour.
Knead several times to work in flour.
Shape into ball and oil surface lightly. Cover and let rise 30 minutes.
Mix tomato paste, water, salt, oregano, parsley and anise to make sauce.
Roll crust very thin and put on greased pizza pans.
Spread on sauce.
Add hamburger and/or sausage, onions, peppers, mushrooms, etc. may be added. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
