Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 broiler chicken or 3 to 4 breasts
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Veg-All, drained
1 c. milk
1 c. self-rising flour
1 stick margarine, melted
optional: extra-thin sliced vegetables (carrots, celery, etc.)
Preparation

Boil chicken.
Cut off bone and into pieces.
Save 1 1/2 cups chicken broth.
Combine chicken, broth, soup and vegetables.
Pour into a 13 x 9-inch casserole.
Mix together milk and flour.
Add margarine and stir well.
Pour over entire top of chicken mixture. Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
