Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 pounds beef sirloin
    1/2 cup flour
    1/4 cup butter
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 10-3/4-ounce can cream of mushroom soup
    1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
    1 6-ounce can mushrooms, undrained
    1 cup sour cream
    noodles or rice, cooked
Preparation
    Cut meat into strips, dredge in flour.\tBrown meat in butter in a skillet.\tAdd onion; saut until a little brown.\tAdd remaining ingredients except sour cream and noodles.\tCover tightly and cook until meat is tender 1-2 hours.
    Add sour cream, heat slightly.
    Do not boil.
    Serve on noodles or rice.
