Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag hash brown potatoes (frozen)
    1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    1 container sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper
    1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and put in casserole.
    Top with 1 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
