Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 halves chicken breasts
4 thin slices ham
4 slices Swiss cheese
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
4 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
lemon wedges
Preparation

Pound out chicken until flat.
Place 1 slice ham and 1 slice cheese on bottom half of chicken.
Fold over.
Press edges to seal; sprinkle cornstarch over.
Melt butter over high heat.
Add chicken; cook 3 minutes on each side.
Serve with lemon.
