Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 eggs, well beaten
buttered stuffing mix
Preparation

Cook spinach and onion for 5 minutes.
Drain well.
Put in colander and mash gently.
In large bowl, combine soup, cheese and mayonnaise.
Add spinach and egg.
Top with buttered stuffing. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
