Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. sliced jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 c. plain meal
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 small can whole kernel corn
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix.
    Sprinkle some cheese on top before baking.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until done.
