Ingredients

6 medium carrots
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Preparation

Cook carrots (sliced) for 10 minutes.
Drain.
Melt butter; stir in brown sugar until dissolved.
Add carrots.
Cook over low-medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring often.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Serves 6 people.
