Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. bran flakes
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. fructose *
    1 egg
    1 c. 2% milk
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix all dry ingredients together.
    Mix vegetable oil, egg and milk together.
    Thoroughly blend all ingredients.
    Grease 12-cup muffin pan.
    Half-fill each cup.
    Place in oven.
    Cook 25 minutes.
    Let muffins cool at least 1 hour before removing them from pan.
