Mandarin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box lite yellow cake mix
    6 egg whites
    1/2 c. applesauce
    1 can mandarin oranges (with juice)
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    12 oz. Cool Whip Lite
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients and beat for 4 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in 9 x 13-inch pan for 30 minutes.
    Cool.
    Mix pineapple and pudding mix.
    Fold into Cool Whip.
    Spread on top of cooled cake.
