Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. rotini noodles
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. evaporated skim milk
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 1/2 to 3 c. cooked chicken, cubed
    2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms, drained
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook noodles; drain.
    Melt butter and blend in flour. Gradually stir in broth and evaporated milk. Cook, stirring constantly over low heat until thick.
    Blend in cheese until melted. Stir in chicken and mushrooms.
    Season.
    Serve over cooked noodles.
    Serves 6.
