Cupcake Brownies - cooking recipe

4 (10 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate
2 sticks margarine
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. all-purpose flour
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. butter flavoring
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Combine chocolate and margarine in a heavy saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until melted. Cool mixture slightly. Combine sugar, flour, eggs, vanilla and butter flavoring in a large mixing bowl. Add chocolate mixture, stirring until batter is smooth. Stir in pecans. Spoon into paper-lined muffin pans, filling each cup 2/3 full. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, until done.
