Mykonos Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head iceberg, washed and torn
    1/2 head romaine, washed and torn
    2 or 3 tomatoes, quartered
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    1 bell pepper, sliced thin
    1 cucumber, sliced thin
    1 c. calamata olives, sliced thin
    3 Tbsp. capers
    4 oz. Feta cheese
Preparation
    Make dressing of 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup salad vinegar (part balsamic), salt and pepper. Toss lettuces with next 6 ingredients. Pour dressing over salad; toss again. Top with Feta cheese. (I usually pit the olives.) Makes 6 servings.
