Venison Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, sliced
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. beef base or 1 beef bouillon cube
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 c. white rice (Minute)
1 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. frozen peas and carrots
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 c. water
1/2 c. sliced celery
1 lb. venison steak
Preparation

In a large skillet, brown strips of venison, onion, celery and mushrooms.
Add onion powder, garlic powder, parsley flakes, pepper, beef bouillon, peas, carrots, soy sauce and water.
Simmer until heated through.
Add rice and cook until rice
is done, about 5 to 10 minutes.
