Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 tsp. vanilla butternut flavoring
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped pecans
1 small pkg. dates, chopped
Preparation

Beat eggs; sift dry ingredients.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the beaten eggs alternating with the Wesson oil; beat well.
Add fruit and nuts; work well into mixture.
Bake in prepared tube pan at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until done.
Eat and enjoy plain with whipped cream or ice cream.
