Beer Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 T-bone steaks
    1 large onion
    1 large green pepper
    salt
    pepper
    mushrooms
    1 large can beer
Preparation
    In skillet, heat beer.
    Chop up onion, green pepper and mushrooms.
    Set aside.
    Add steak to skillet.
    Cook on high until juice runs out, about 5 to 10 minutes, then add onion, green pepper and mushrooms to skillet.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover; let cook until the beer evaporates.
    Serve.
