Chicken Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (5 oz.) can chicken
2 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 beaten egg
1/4 c. fine, chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 c. chopped parsley
crushed corn flakes
Preparation

In a bowl, mix thoroughly all ingredients except corn flakes. Shape into small balls about 1 inch in diameter.
Roll in flakes; arrange on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until crunchy and golden brown.
Makes about 4 dozen.
