Ingredients

1 grapefruit, sliced thin
1 orange, sliced thin
1 lemon, sliced thin
sugar
Preparation

Cover fruit with 3 times its bulk of cold water.
Let stand overnight.
Boil for 10 minutes.
Let stand overnight.
Bring to rolling boil; add equal quantity sugar.
Cook until jelled.
Pour in open dish for 24 hours.
Place in jars or dishes without reheating.
