Sour Cream Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. blanched rhubarb
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    3 maraschino cherries, cut fine
    1 Tbsp. cherry juice
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix the ingredients and let stand for 10 minutes.
    Pour into unbaked crust.
    Cover with top crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
