8 lb. pork
8 lb. beef
3 heaping Tbsp. Tender Quick
1/2 c. smoke salt
3 tsp. pepper
3 tsp. liquid smoke
3 Tbsp. whole mustard seed
1 tsp. powdered garlic
Preparation

Mix together and stuff in casing.
Cut into pieces, size of a wiener and can in jars.
