Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. ground roast beef
    1 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper
    4 c. seasoned mashed potatoes
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in butter until tender.
    Stir in meat and oregano.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Heat through. Pour mixture into buttered, shallow 2-quart casserole.
    Spoon mashed potatoes over hash.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
